Legislation Description
This resolution, if approved, will authorize the Attorney General to advance Fixed Cost Litigation Account funds to the attorneys representing individual Navajo farmers’ Federal Torts Claims Act (“FTCA”) litigations against the U.S. The advances funds will be reimbursed if the individual farmers are awarded attorney fees in their FTCA cases.
