Legislation Description
Approving a Revocable Use Permit for Navajo Transitional Energy Company, (NTEC) to install, operate two (2) Monitoring groundwater monitoring wells, and access roads on Navajo Trust Lands to collect required ground water samples for permit obligations. The Terms and Conditions for the Revocable Use Permit will authorize NTEC to develop, use and occupy the area for the revocable use permit for the purposes of construction, operation and maintaining two ground water monitoring wells and access roads.
