If approved, this resolution will approve a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $4,200,000 from the Unreserved, Undesignated Fund Balance to the Navajolands Nursing Home, Inc. to complete the Chinle Nursing Home and will waive the requirements under 12 N.N.C. § 820(I) and 860(C).
