An Action Relating To Resources And Development, The Naabik'iyati' Committee And The Navajo Nation Council; Reaffirming CM-9-50 Which Established A Control Zone Of 750 Feet On Either Side Of A Roadway; Directing The Resources And Development Committee To Direct Divisions Within Its Oversight Including The Navajo Division Of Natural Resources, The Navajo Division Of Economic Development And The Navajo Division Of Community Development To Submit Proposed Amendments To The Rules And Regulations For Homesite Leases, Business Site Leases, Right-Of-Way And Other Land Use Authorizations That Comply With Navajo Nation Council Resolution CM-9-50; And, Directing The Resources And Development Committee To Direct The Navajo Division Of Transportation To Report Annually To The Resources And Development Committee The Navajo Nation Division Of Natural Resources', The Division Of Economic Development's And The Division Of Community Developments' Compliance Or Non-Compliance With CM-9-50.
