Legislation Description
This resolution, if approved, will approve supplemental funding from the unreserved, undesignated fund balance (UUFB) in the amount of $3,745,312.00 to construct a new Tuba City Senior Center, waiving 12 N.N.C. § 820(I) and § 860(C) relating to the Capital Improvement Process. The construction of the a new Tuba City Senior Center is not included in the Title 12 Capital Improvement Plan as approved by Navajo Nation Council Resolution CAP-18-14.
