Legislation Description
This resolution, if approved, will approve supplemental funding from the unreserved, undesignated fund balance (UUFB) in the amount of $43,766.00 for the transport and set up of a modular building including the construction of a foundation, bathroom facilities, and installation of plumbing and electrical equipment for the Tsayatoh Chapter and waiving 12 N.N.C. §§ 820(I) and 860(C). The modular building is a former Church Rock Elementary School portable classroom and the modular building will be used for the Tsayatoh Chapter Veterans Organization and a community computer laboratory building.
