Legislation Description
This resolution, if approved, will approve supplemental funding from the unreserved, undesignated fund balance (UUFB) in the amount of $947,613.00 to complete the convenience store, fuel station, and Laundromat at Shonto Chapter, waiving 12 N.N.C. § 820(I) and § 860(C) relating to the Capital Improvement Process. The Shonto Chapter request for a convenience store, fuel station, and Laundromat at Shonto Chapter is not included in the Title 12 Capital Improvement Plan as approved by Navajo Nation Council Resolution CAP-18-14.
