Legislation Description
The purpose of this Legislation is to renew a contract under 25 U.S.C. § 5301 et seq. (P.L. 93-638, as amended), including an Annual Funding Agreement and Scope of Work, between the Navajo Nation and the United States Department of Interior for the Safety of Dams Program for a term of three (3) years beginning on January 1, 2025 and ending on December 31, 2027.
