Legislation Description
This proposed resolution, if adopted, will authorize refinancing, restructuring, and reimbursement financing transaction secured by the Capital Development Financing Fund. The proposed resolution, if adopted, will also adopt the Broadband Infrastructure Project Expenditure Plan funded through a UUFB reimbursable appropriation for the first year in the amount of $75,546,678.33. Future year funding in the amount $169,071,259.67, plus reimbursement to the UUFB of the first year funding shall be secured through the first year funding shall be secured through the first CDFF financing proceeds.
