This resolution, if approved, will approve supplemental funding from the Unreserved, Undesignated Fund Balance (UUFB) in the amount of $400,000.00 for the Tohatchi Area of Opportunity & Services, Inc. for $400,000.00 to purchase vehicles to replace vehicles with high mileage and waiving 12 N.N.C. §§ 820(I) and 860(C).
