This resolution adopts and approves the amended FY 2018 Comprehensive Budget for the Navajo Nation and will waive 12 N.N.C. § 820(I) and 860(C) regarding the Capital Improvement Project expenditure plan.The waivrs impose a 2/3rd majority vote of the full membership of the Navajo Nation Council for passage of the legislation.
