Legislation Description
The purpose of this legislation is to approve a request for $4,030,358.00 from the Capital Outlay Match Funding Special Revenue Fund for Powerline Extension Projects, Chapter House Projects, and Administrative Building Project and other such Chapter Projects. One of the projects will require waiver of the Capital Outlay Match Funding Special Revenue Fund requirements. This legislation will also waive the Title 12 Capital Improvement Process.
