(“ITCA”) to AHCCCS Director, Thomas Betlach, which were submitted on July 14, 2015. The recommendations are primarily aimed at ensuring that youth transitioning from tribal foster care are given equal access to receiving Medicaid benefits until the age of 26, as required by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
