Legislation Description
This resolution, if approved, will approve the Chinle Nursing Home community development and expenditure plan for funding to Navajoland Nursing Home, Inc., doing business as Chinle Nursing Home, for the design, planning and construction of the Chinle Nursing Home from the Sihasin Fund; and holding the Navajoland Nursing Home, Inc. Board of Directors accountable for the expenditure of the funds. Note: Final approval by the Navajo Nation Council requires a 2/3 vote of all members.
