Legislation Description
This legislation, if approved, would revise the Navajo Nation Homeowner Assistance Fund program policies to conform Navajo Nation eligibility, documentation, and assistance requirements to the federal Homeowner Assistance Fund requirements, void any policy or restriction more restrictive than the federal requirements.
