This resolution if approved authorize the an extension of time to the limited waiver of sovereign immunity to allow the Navajo Nation to be sued in the Federal District Court for compliance with the NEPA to carry out the HUD grants and to further authorize the Navajo Nation President to sign form 7015.15 "Request for Release of Fund and Certification."
