Greg Bigman is filling the position of a term not fully carried out by his predecessor. As the terms are staggered in accordance with 10 N.N.C. § 2004(B), Mr. Bigman will serve a three-year term per the President’s appointment letter ending in October 2018 to fill the open vacancy and maintain the staggered terms.
