Legislation Description Approving an amendment to the Navajo Nation Homesite Lease Regulations which had previously been established by RCD-289-93. If the Navajo Nation acquires allotment pursuant to the Land Buy-Back Program and an allottee holds a Residential Lease which had been issued by the BIA, the Navajo Nation will recognize that Residential Lease for the duration of the Residential Lease.
