Legislation Description
This resolution, if approved, will adopt and approve the FY 2017 Comprehensive Budget for the Navajo Nation and will waive 12 N.N.C. 820(I) regarding the Capital Improvement Project expenditure plan and CF-07-11 regarding the moratorium on revisions and reallocations from general fund personnel accounts. The waivers impose a 2/3r majority vote for passage of the legislation.
