The Chapters are required to reevalute and readust their inital Community-Based Land Use Plan every five years. The purpose of this legislation is to certify Ramah Chapter's new Community-Based Land Use Plan which has been reevaluated and readjusted since the Chapter's first Community-Based Land Use Plan was approved in 2006.
