Legislation Description
This Resolution, if Approved, Will Amend the Selection Process of the Navajo Nation Veterans Administration Executive Director. This Legislation Further Amends the Navajo Nation Veterans Advisory Council to Become the Navajo Nation Veterans Board of Commissioners with Additional Authority. This Legislation Also Clarifies the Responsibility and Authority for the Executive Director to the Navajo Nation Veterans Board of Commissioners. Lastly, this Legislation Provides Amendments to the Structure and Terms Limits for the Navajo Nation Veterans Board of Commissioners.
