Legislation Description
This resolution adopts and approves the FY 2019 Comprehensive Budget for the Navajo Nation and will waive 12 N.N.C. § 820(I) and 860 regarding the Capital Improvement Project expenditure plan and CF-07-11 regarding the Personnel Accounts Savings as restricted carryover funds. The waivers impose a 2/3rds majority vote of the full membership of the Navajo Nation Council for passage of the legislation.
