Legislation Description
This resolution, if approved, will approve the expenditure of $5 million from the Sihasin Fund to Division of Community Development, Community Housing and Infrastructure Development Department to address the housing burn-out situation throughout the Navajo Nation. This legislation would waive 12 N.N.C. §§ 820(I) and 860(C) with regard to the Capital Improvement process and the appropriation of $5,000,000 ($1,000,000 for each Agency) from the Sihasin Fund.
