This resolution, if approved, will amend Title 2 of the Navajo Nation Code at 2 N.N.C. § 701 by making it unnecessary for the Naabik'iyati' Committee to approve waivers of indirect and administrative cost rates for grants under one-hundred and fifty thousand ($150,000) dollars.
