Legislation Description
The purpose of this legislation is to object to the reassignment of the Director of the Navajo Regional Office, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Sharon Pinto, a member of the Navajo Nation without any consultation with the Navajo Nation in violation of the requirements of tribal consultation and government to government federal trust responsibilities.
