This resolution adopts and approves the FY 2018 Comprehensive Budget for the Navajo Nation and will waive 12 N.N.N. § 820(I) and 860 regarding the Capital Improvement Project expenditure plan and 12 N.N.C. § 840(B) regarding the requirement to adopt a comprehensive budget no less than 20 days prior to the end of the fiscal year.
