Legislation Description
The purpose of this legislation is to approve the Lower Highway 89 Memorandum of Agreement between the Navajo Nation and ONHIR; to authorize the President to accept the Lower Highway 89 Land as a gift from the Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise; and to authorize the President to start the process to put the Lower Highway 89 Land into trust using P.L. 96-305.
