This resolution, if approved, will approve the pasture reangeland and forage expenditure plan, including the establishment of the Agricultural Infrastructure Fund, for reserve expenditure plan for participation in the USDA's Pasture Rangeland and Forage Insurance Program and waiving 2 N.N.C. 933-936 with responsibility to the Division of Natural Resources to Comply with Navajo Nation law relative to procuring the services of an insurance agent or carrier.
