The purpose of this resolution, if passed, is to rescind CD-85-18, regarding the expenditure of the permanent fund income pursuant to the Permanent Income Five Year Expenditure Plan for Fort Defiance Agency from three economic development projects to one economic development project, the Indian Wells Economic Development Project. By rescinding CD-85-18, to fully restore the $3,700,000 funding, allocated through CAP-19-16. To the Indian Wells Economic Development, the Fort Defiance Agency’s Fourth Year Project.
