This resolution, if approved, will approve supplemental funding from the Unreserved, Undesignated fund balance (UUFB) in teh amount of $66,628.13 for the Joe family power line extension project, waiving 12 N.N.C. 820(I) and 860(C) relating to the capital improvement process. The Joe family powerline extension project is not included in the title 12 capital improvement plan as approved by Navajo Nation Capital Council Resolution CAP-18-14
