This resolution if approved authorize the an extension of time to the limited waivier of sovereign immunity to allow the Navajo Nation to be sued int he Federal District Court of compliance with the NEPA to carry out the HUD grants and to further authorize the Navajo Nation President to sign Form 7015.15 "Request for Release of Funds and Certification.:
