This Resolution, if Approved, Will Transfer the Navajo Transit System from the Navajo Division of General Services to the Navajo Division of Transportation. When the Transition is Approved All Necessary Entities and Oversight Committees Will Be Updated. Further, 2 N.N.C. § 1252 (B)(8)(9) Will Be Amended.
