Legislation Description
This resolution, of approved, would formally oppose the liquor license application for the Chieftain Mobil gas station in Chambers, Arizona, urge the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control to uphold the Apache County Board of Supervisors unanimous denial of said application, and declare the Navajo Nation’s opposition to any future liquor license applications at or immediately adjacent to Navajo Nation lands in the Chambers and Sanders areas.
