Legislation Description
This legislation, if approved, would approve and adopt the 2026 Navajo Nation Hazard Mitigation Plan as the Tribal Mitigation Plan of the Navajo Nation so that FEMA can complete its approval of the plan and the Navajo Nation can remain eligible for non-emergency federal disaster assistance and FEMA mitigation grants.
