This resolution if approved will authorize and approve the Kayenta Township Commission to form wholly owned instrumentalities and extend the Navajo Nation Privileges and Immunities to the wholly owned instrumentalities and authorizing the Kayenta Township Commission to waive the privileges and immunities and limited sovereign immunity.
