The purpose of the resolution is to approve and authorize a contract on between the Navajo Nation and the United States Department of the Interior under 2 U.S.C. § 450 et seq. (P.L. 93-638, as amended), for a three year term for the Navajo Nation Safety of Dams Program. This proposed resolution would also approve and authorize Annual Funding Agreement and Scope of Work for the period of the contract term.
