Legislation Description Approving the amendments to the Navajo Nation Homesite Lease Regulations which had previously been established by RDC-289-93. These proposed amendments had been developed from comments from public hearings conducted since August 2007. The legislation recommends the establishment of a proprietary fund to defray the cost of administering the issuance of homesite leases. The proposed amendments contain a new Fee Schedule and a Penalty Fee Schedule.
