This resolution, if approved, will cancel the Primary Election for the 2020 Chapter Election. There will be one Chapter Election which will be conducted on November 3, 2020. The election results will be determined by plurality vote. Election Code provisions necessary to be waived are 11 N.N.C. §§ 3(C) and 41.
