The Chapters are required to reevaluate and readjust their initial Community- Based Land Use Plan every five years. The purpose of this legislation is to certify Tselani/ Cottonwood Chapter's new Community- Based Land Use Plan which has been reevaluated and readjusted since the Chapter's first Community- Based Land Use Plan was approved in 2009.
