This resolution, if approved, will authorize the issuance of general obligation bonds in an amount of up to Sixty million dollars ($60,000,000) in the form of tax-exempt, long term, fixed-rate bonds to refinance certain outstanding bank loans and to pay associated fees and costs with the issuance of the bonds.
