This resolution, if approved, will approve the Navajo Community Development Enterprise's expenditure plan for direct and loan funding to Navajo Community Development Fund for economic development purposes in the form of loans to businesses or non-profit organizations owned by Navajo individuals, Navajo Tribal enterprises or Navajo local governments from the Sihasin Fund.
