The purpose of the resolution is to approve an Addendum to RDCJY-28-25 which approved a lease between the Navajo Nation and Painted Desert Power, LLC to construct, install, and develop a 750-megawatt (750MW) photovoltaic solar generating and battery storage project in the Coalmine Canyon Chapter of the Navajo Nation Reservation. The Addendum concerns rental payments.
