Legislation Description
This resolution will support and approve a Memorandum of Understanding, as well as Intensive Training And Technical Assistance Community Budget Agreement, between the Navajo Nation and Kauffman and Associates, Inc. Generally, the purpose of these agreements is participation in the Tribal Training and Technical Assistance Center's Intensive and Technical Assistance process evaluation activities, as provided through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) (an agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services).
