The Chapters are required to reevaluate and readjust their initial Community-Based Land Use Plan every five years. The purpose of this legislation is to certify Oljato Chapter's new Community-Based Land Use Plan which has been reevaluated and readjusted since the Chapter's fist Community-Based Land Use Plan was approved.
