Legislation Description The purpose of this proposed resolution is to amend RCJA-01-11 by extending its provisions for five years to continue to provide Red Dog/Sand and Gravel material for roads serving the Black Mesa Region and the communities within the Peabody Lease Area during winter related winter emergencies. RCJA-01-11 also waived the requirement that the Red Dog/Sand and Gravel material be used within the Peabody Western Coal Companies operation and also waived the payment of royalties for the material.
