Legislation Description
The purpose of this legislation is to amend the Water Code Administration Enterprise Fund Management Plan. Amendments would change the name of the fund management plan to Technical, Construction and Operations Branch Enterprise Fund Management Plan; update the name of the Resources Committee to the Resources and Development Committee; and, to authorize the Office of the Controller to approve modifications to the projected revenues generated by the fund management plan.
