This resolution if approved, will set policy in favor of recommending Arizona state legislature make changes to its Transactional Privileges Tax code to establish a formula for returning tax revenues back to tribal communities from where it was collected to be used for infrastructure improvement and also recommend the Arizona state legislature create a Rural and Tribal capital improvement plan.
