Legislation Description
If adopted, this legislation will enact new administrative procedures intended to expedite the obligation and expenditure of all Navajo Nation Fiscal Recovery Funds (“NNFRF”). The legislation also establishes Indirect Cost and Personnel-Operating Cost recovery; and expands the recovery of FRF-eligible expenditures from internal Navajo Nation funds. The legislation does not adopt new NNFRF Expenditure Plans or reallocate funds between enacted NNFRF Expenditure Plans.
