Legislation Description The Navajo Nation Council by resolution CJA-3-16 established a Veterans Administration. The new administration, as a result, replaces the Department of Navajo Veterans Affairs. This resolution will approve the Plan of Operation for the Navajo Nation Veterans Administration and will further rescind the Department of Navajo Veterans Affairs Plan of Operation.
