This resolution, if approved, will establish the Navajo Nation Public Safety System Fund Act of 2017 to be funded with settlement funds from the Ramah Navajo Chapter, et al. v. Jewel Lawsuit, and will amend Title 12 of the Navajo Nation Code setting up the Public Safety System Fund
